About the role
LV/MV Electrical Engineer for a major offshore wind project in Germany. Responsible for managing and closing electrical NCRs, punch items and technical disputes; reviewing LV electrical design and as-built installations against project requirements and applicable German/European electrical standards (DIN/VDE/IEC/EN); reviewing LV distribution, cabling, protection, earthing/bonding, lighting, auxiliary systems and electrical interfaces; assessing technical deviations and corrective actions proposed by suppliers; following up electrical inspections, testing and commissioning activities; ensuring complete electrical handover documentation including as-built drawings, cable schedules, test records, certificates, NCR/punch closure evidence and O&M documentation; identifying documentation gaps and driving contractors toward final closure and acceptance; and supporting electrical readiness and handover from fabrication/construction to commissioning and operations. Requirements include an Electrical Engineering degree, Meister/Techniker or comparable qualification, strong experience with LV electrical systems, design, installation and commissioning, and offshore wind, TP/Foundation, marine/offshore or comparable industrial project experience.
