About the role
Experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager needed for renewable energy assets, including solar PV, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Responsibilities include leading day-to-day O&M activities, developing maintenance strategies, monitoring asset performance and reliability, managing contractors and service providers, coordinating maintenance schedules, tracking budgets and KPIs, ensuring HSE and regulatory compliance, producing operational reports, and supporting fault investigations and root cause analysis. Strong experience in renewable energy O&M, maintenance planning, asset reliability, contractor management, SCADA systems, and performance monitoring is required. German and English fluency is highly desirable.
