Senior Manager, Utility Scale Development at RWE Americas. Full-time, permanent, office-based role in Chicago, Illinois. Responsible for initiating, developing, and acquiring utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the US and Canada. Leads large cross-functional project teams and manages the full project lifecycle, including site due diligence, land control, environmental and permitting work, interconnection, engineering, pre-construction, cost estimating, EPC bidding, project budgeting, acquisitions due diligence, and internal approval processes. Supports construction phase activities and contributes to regional strategy and internal improvement initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years of renewable energy infrastructure experience, including wind, solar, or battery storage project development in the US, strong project management and leadership skills, and ability to travel up to 50%.
