RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking an O&M Commercial Manager to act as the primary commercial representative for O&M services provided to joint venture wind farms. The role involves leading negotiations, proposals and strategic discussions with shareholders, managing O&M service contracts, coordinating due diligence, transferring negotiated agreement elements to internal stakeholders, overseeing financial performance, negotiating scopes of work and contractual changes, and resolving commercial issues, disputes and customer claims. The position requires degree-level qualification or relevant experience, three to five years of energy industry experience, strong commercial judgement, analytical and communication skills, and process development ability. Experience in offshore wind operations, revenue management, project management, financial management or operational delivery is advantageous. National Security vetting to SC level may be required.
