Contract Advisor role based in Kingston upon Thames, Greater London. The position provides contractual support to analyse, draft, and negotiate terms and conditions in client contracts and partner, vendor, or subcontractor agreements. Responsibilities include managing contract activities, reviewing and drafting contractual documents, supporting contract risk assessments, handling contractual documentation, and assisting with regulatory reviews, partner agreements, and preliminary litigation activities. The role requires proven experience in a similar position, ideally within the commercial phase for an offshore wind project, a law degree or similar, strong professional English writing skills, and expertise in LOGIC, FIDIC, Incoterms, and common and civil law systems. Knowledge of EPC contracts, platform components, offshore plants, and subsea field installation is also required. Hybrid working, outside IR35.
