Experienced Site Manager / Site Lead needed for a Battery Energy Storage augmentation project in Barstow, California. The role involves leading day-to-day site activities, coordinating contractors and stakeholders, overseeing logistics and lifting activities, maintaining site safety, monitoring construction progress, coordinating electrical activities for DC and AC systems, and supporting issue resolution during delivery. Strong electrical construction or site delivery experience is required, along with contractor management in power or energy infrastructure environments. Experience in BESS is advantageous, and backgrounds in substations, Solar PV, Wind, power generation, or similar electrical infrastructure will be considered. Previous safety management experience is highly desirable. Contract start is 4 January 2027 for a minimum of 4 months.
