About the role
The Site Lead supports the Plant Manager in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility-scale wind plants, including turbine and BOP work. Responsibilities include managing plant personnel, supporting operations, maintenance and warranty activities, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, preparing reports, handling SAP and downtime reporting, leading daily planning, assisting with contracting work, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting outages and work scheduling. The role also contributes to staffing, workforce planning, performance evaluations, budgeting support, coaching and mentoring team members, and may temporarily perform Plant Manager duties. Base salary is dependent upon experience. Location: MN - Trimont - Elm Creek. Salary range: $47.00 to $52.75 hourly DOE.
