RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a full-time, permanent Tiger Team Technician II in Taft, Texas. The role supports wind farm operations and maintenance, including generator bearing exchange, gearbox repairs, pitch ram and yaw drive exchange, troubleshooting, training, safety exercises, turbine maintenance, software updates, and acceptance/performance testing. The position requires daily climbing of wind towers and accessing wind turbines, maintaining tools and equipment readiness, supporting contractors, and traveling up to 50% of the time. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in wind or mechanical studies preferred, a GWO certificate preferred, at least 4 years of experience in wind, solar, and BESS or equivalent technical education/licensure, an unrestricted driver license, and the ability to work safely in field conditions.
