About the role
RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a working student for the HR Strategy team. The role supports strategic HR initiatives across the project lifecycle for the global offshore renewables business, including planning and facilitating meetings and workshops, preparing concepts and presentations for stakeholders, and contributing ideas to support project success. The position is part-time, fixed-term, and available for 6 to 12 months with up to 20 hours per week. Applicants should be enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, have initial experience in HR strategy, consulting, process improvement, or lean management, and possess strong structured, proactive working skills. Fluent German and English and advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, are required.
