About the role
RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a working student for the HR Strategy / Visiting Consultant team. The role supports strategic HR initiatives and projects for the global offshore renewables business, including planning and facilitating meetings and workshops, and preparing concepts and presentations for stakeholders such as senior leaders and board members. The position is part-time, fixed-term, for 6 to 12 months with up to 20 hours per week. Candidates should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business administration, economics, organizational psychology, or a related field, and have initial experience in HR strategy, consulting, process improvement, or Lean Management. Strong German and English skills and advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, are required.
