RWE Americas is seeking a Senior Utility Scale Development Associate to support the initiation, development, and acquisition of utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in the US and Canada. The role involves greenfield development, site due diligence, land control, environmental and permitting work, interconnection, engineering and pre-construction coordination, energy yield analysis, tax abatements, power marketing, and tax equity financing. Additional responsibilities include supporting project budgets and schedules, acquisition due diligence, management presentations, and internal approval processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience in project development or related power sector areas, strong project management and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
