Senior Manager - Regional Organic Growth. Remote role based in Arizona, Denver, CO, Portland, OR, Salt Lake City, UT, Reno, NV, Las Vegas, NV, or Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for development, execution, and oversight of the US onshore greenfield renewable pipeline strategy in the assigned sub-region. The role leads regional growth strategy, manages greenfield development teams, and coordinates project development resources across permitting, interconnection, engineering, construction, policy, and origination. Responsibilities include setting regional goals, budgets, project priorities, and schedules; building and maintaining a strong project pipeline; supporting project competitiveness and monetization assessments; ensuring internal controls and anti-fraud practices; and working with governmental agencies on zoning, regulations, rules, and laws. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years in the power industry, 8+ years of wind and solar project development experience, 5+ years managing teams, project management experience, and demonstrated success bringing renewable energy projects through construction and operations.
