The position supports maintenance optimisation for medium- and high-voltage systems across offshore wind operations, including wind turbine and substation switchgear, protection systems, transformers, and cables. Responsibilities include leading optimisation of preventive and corrective maintenance, consolidating RCA insights, identifying fleet-wide improvement projects, building a technical equipment database, managing technical expert networks, facilitating user-group meetings, supporting commercial analysis and business case input, and coordinating plant modification processes. Requirements include advanced technical education or engineering/business studies, 3+ years of on-site O&M experience with HV/MV electrical equipment in offshore operations, strong project management and stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, and excellent English communication; German is an advantage.
