RWE Americas is hiring a full-time, permanent Tiger Team Technician II for field-based wind farm operations and maintenance work. Responsibilities include generator bearing exchange, gearbox repairs, pitch ram exchange, yaw drive exchange, troubleshooting, training, safety exercises, turbine maintenance, software updates, contractor oversight, records management, and technical support for the O&M team. The role requires safe work practices, climbing wind towers, transporting tools and materials, and supporting other RWE sites as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid unrestricted driver's license, experience in wind, solar, and BESS, knowledge of hand and power tools, strong safety awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams. The position offers an hourly range of $32.52 to $44.00 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement match, paid time off, and other standard benefits.
