About the role
Join a global leader in PV and smart energy solutions as they expand their Energy Storage business in Malaysia. The role is for an experienced BESS / Energy Storage Sales Manager to take ownership of the Malaysian market and strengthen the business. Responsibilities include leading BESS business development across Malaysia, managing the sales pipeline from first conversation through negotiation and closing, working with technical teams to deliver tailored BESS solutions, and potentially building and leading a sales team as the business grows. The position may also expand into broader SEA opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in sales for energy storage or renewable energy, a strong Malaysia market and customer network, proven project sales and business development experience, and business-level English and Mandarin.
