About the role
Wind Farm Technician Associate for operations and maintenance of one or more wind farms and related facilities. Responsibilities include safe execution of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, turbine maintenance, balance of plant procedures, acceptance and performance testing, maintaining tools and equipment readiness, supporting service records in the maintenance management system, and providing technical guidance to the O&M team. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred technical degree or electrician license, at least 2 years of operations and/or maintenance experience in power generation, transmission, or distribution, ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic circuit drawings, LOTO, relay systems, hydraulic accumulators, linear transducers, motors, power electronics, motor drives, and AC/DC converters.
