About the role
Financial and Accounting Specialist for RWE Renewables Poland, full-time fixed-term position in Łódź. The role provides accounting support for SPVs in RWE’s renewable energy portfolio in Poland, with a focus on wind and solar projects. Responsibilities include booking business transactions in line with Polish accounting standards, preparing tax declarations, supporting month-, quarter-, and year-end closing, preparing standalone financial statements, producing reports for public institutions, improving processes and tools, and collaborating in English with group reporting, controlling, and project development and construction teams. The position requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, including general ledger work, a degree in accounting or finance, knowledge of accounting and tax law, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Polish, and advanced English. Experience with Optima and/or SAP S/4HANA is welcome.
