Responsibilities include generator bearing exchange, up-tower gearbox repairs, pitch ram exchange, yaw drive exchange, troubleshooting, training, safety exercises, turbine maintenance, software updates, and performance testing. The role involves daily wind tower climbs, use of safety equipment, monitoring contractors, maintaining tools and records, and travel up to 50% of the time. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an unrestricted driver license, and preferred Global Wind Organization certification. Candidates should have experience with wind, solar, and BESS, strong technical, leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
