UTM Consultants are seeking an HSE Advisor for an OSS Package in Poland. The role involves leading safety initiatives, supporting compliance, and advising on health and safety during offshore wind farm construction. The position is mainly onboard Jack-Up Vessels and includes offshore work on a 14-day rotation, with transit via helicopter or Crew Transfer Vessel from Gdansk International Airport. The project is scheduled to start on 2026-11-02 and is expected to last approximately 48 weeks. Requirements include 3-5 years of HSE experience, NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent, offshore sub-station commissioning experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, incident investigation capability, a valid European driver’s license, full GWO certifications, HUET with CA-EBS, OEUK medical certification or equivalent, and Polish medical and OHS training certifications.
