Responsibilities include climbing wind towers, working safely in extreme environments, maintaining tools and equipment, conducting tests, and supporting other RWE sites as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with wind or mechanical education preferred, and experience in wind, solar, and BESS. A Global Wind Organization certification is preferred.
