About the role
RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a working student visiting consultant for HR strategy within its international HR Strategic Initiative team. The role supports strategic HR topics across the project lifecycle, including meeting and workshop facilitation, concept and presentation development for stakeholders, and contribution to business-critical initiatives for the global Offshore Renewables business. The position is part-time and fixed term for 6-12 months, up to 20 hours per week. Candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, economics, business psychology, or a similar field, with relevant experience in HR strategy, consulting, process improvement, or lean management. Fluency in German and English and advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, are required.
