RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a full-time, permanent Manager, O&M in Carlton, GA. The role is responsible for supervising operations and maintenance of a solar farm and related facilities to ensure safety, maximize availability, and support reliable plant performance. Responsibilities include plant operations, preventive and predictive maintenance, budgeting, operational reporting, technical support, supplier coordination, and acting as a local liaison. The position requires field work alongside site technicians, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting site equipment, and supporting substation maintenance and switching activities. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred college degree in a related field, at least 5 years of relevant operations and maintenance experience with 2 years in renewables plant management, and at least 2 years in a lead or supervisor role. Experience with OSHA and environmental regulations, SCADA systems, utilities, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required. Periodic travel to other offices and field locations is required.
