RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a Manager, O&M for renewable energy generation projects. The role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and compliant operation and maintenance of assigned assets, supervising plant personnel, managing daily operations, planned and corrective maintenance, event response, budgets, contractor oversight, and operational reporting. The position supports asset management and project development through operational analyses and liaison work, and requires leadership, regulatory knowledge, experience with plant systems and SCADA/DAS/CMMS tools, and the ability to work weekends, off shifts, varying climates, and travel between sites. A degree in Business or a technical hard science is preferred, along with extensive experience in renewables plant operations and maintenance, supervisory experience, and knowledge of applicable safety, environmental, and market regulations.
