Responsibilities include executing project or portfolio divestments, supporting project financings, identifying partnership or acquisition opportunities, structuring long-term asset partnerships, leading transaction teams, building and maintaining valuation models, conducting financial and qualitative analysis, supporting due diligence, and providing commercial guidance to business units. The ideal candidate has a business or analytical/quantitative degree, at least 10 years of experience in M&A or banking and finance, experience with renewable energy transactions in Australia, strong project valuation and finance structuring skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
