Responsible for safe execution of operations and maintenance activities at one or more wind farms and related renewable energy facilities, including inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, component replacement, planned maintenance, acceptance and performance testing, root cause analysis, retrofit installations, documentation, and on-call support. The role includes collaboration across teams, mentoring junior staff, supporting continuous improvement, and working with renewable energy systems including wind, solar, BESS, and balance of plant equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, an unrestricted driver’s license, living within one hour of the site, and substantial technical experience in renewable energy or related power generation fields.
