Candidates should be studying Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related combined engineering discipline and be eligible for a year-in-industry placement. Strong communication, teamwork, independent workload coordination, and time management skills are required. Training includes Global Wind Organisation certification, Wind Turbine Safety Rules, and in-house technical training. National Security Vetting to SC level may be required.
