Construction Subcontract Manager (contract) for an on-site role in Talacre, UK. The position supports engineering and development phases of the Liverpool Bay programme, managing subcontract scopes across Mechanical Works (West & Buildings) and E&I Works. Responsibilities include leading the Subcontract Engineers/Administrators team, administering subcontract procedures, issuing notices, monitoring subcontractor performance, reviewing payment applications, supporting variations and claims, assessing site instructions and deviation requests, managing extra works and close-out activities, and maintaining forecast updates. Requirements include at least 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent commercial/construction role, experience in offshore facilities, industrial plants, or complex construction projects within Oil & Gas / Energy, exposure to contract or subcontract management, and strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgement.
