About the role
RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is hiring an Innovation & Industrialisation Partner for Sustainability & Biodiversity. This full-time, permanent role focuses on managing a portfolio of technical innovation projects related to offshore wind sustainability and biodiversity. The position involves supporting innovation work across development, engineering, consents and operations, identifying and delivering projects and pilots, developing technology maturation plans, representing RWE in collaborative research programmes, and managing portfolios, budgets, schedules, quality, HSE, contracts and knowledge transfer through to implementation. The role requires a university degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of experience, strong project management skills, and good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
