About the role
RWE Renewables Poland Sp. z o.o is seeking a full-time, permanent Head of Development Poland for its Onshore Wind, PV and BESS activities. The role leads and shapes the Polish development pipeline from origination through FID or value-accretive divestment, with full accountability for performance, quality, strategic direction, portfolio management, risk mitigation and LCOE optimisation. It is a senior regional leadership position responsible for building a high-performance organisation, coordinating across engineering, construction, procurement, investments, transactions and other corporate functions, and representing the development function within the Polish organisation and externally in the market. The role requires extensive renewable energy experience, strong exposure to onshore wind, PV and ideally BESS, proven leadership of large multidisciplinary teams, and a strong understanding of the Polish renewables market.
