Senior Risk Management Specialist at RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. Full-time, permanent role focused on implementing and improving end-to-end risk management processes across RWE Offshore Operations. Responsibilities include partnering with Operations teams, coordinating input from subject matter experts, developing best practices for risk identification and treatment, maintaining risk data, analysing trends, preparing risk reports, monitoring critical risks, and providing coaching and guidance to the wider business. Requires a university degree in economics, business, engineering or a related field, several years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and business-fluent English. Experience in offshore wind, power generation, oil and gas, chemicals, aviation or a comparable asset-intensive industry is advantageous. Knowledge of ISO 31000, asset management processes, and KonTraG reporting requirements is also advantageous.
