RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is hiring a Team Lead Contract Management for its UK Offshore Wind team. The role leads a team of Contract Managers supporting the execution of high-value contracts across offshore wind projects during construction and operations. Responsibilities include senior contract management for selected contracts, contract and claim management, procurement activities, commercial risk management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and continuous improvement. The position requires extensive experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or related disciplines within offshore wind or major construction projects, along with strong leadership, negotiation, dispute management, and communication skills. High presence in the London office is mandatory, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. National Security vetting to SC level may be required.
