About the role
RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is offering a full-time, fixed-term 13-month Year in Industry placement starting in July 2027 in Swindon, with a hybrid working model. The role is with RWE Offshore Wind, focused on Operation & Maintenance Infrastructure for offshore wind farms. Responsibilities include developing O&M infrastructure concepts, supporting project management and construction projects, contributing to the design and delivery of an O&M infrastructure project, and helping develop strategies for future wind farms. Applicants should be enrolled in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Project Management and be eligible for a year in industry placement. Strong communication, workload coordination, teamwork, and willingness to travel are required. Training includes a Global Wind Organisation certificate, Wind Turbine Safety Rules Training, and in-house technical training. The role may require National Security Vetting to SC level and a minimum of five years' residence in the UK.
