The Tiger Team Supervisor leads day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for an assigned renewable energy facility or shift. This hands-on leadership role supervises technicians and contractors, coordinates maintenance activities, monitors equipment performance, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting wind, solar, and energy storage systems, along with coaching and mentoring a frontline technical team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring machinery performance, supervising staff, managing timecard approvals and attendance tracking, preparing operational reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, supporting continuous improvement, leading root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, NERC, and PUC standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree preferred, at least 5 years of relevant experience, 2 years of O&M experience, and working knowledge of technical troubleshooting and equipment operation. Up to 50% travel is required.
