High Voltage Manager role with asset and contractor management responsibilities for the high voltage infrastructure of solar, BESS and wind farms. The position covers the HV network and associated equipment on allocated sites, including planning, implementation and reporting of activities with a focus on HSE and production. Responsibilities include managing the operational relationship with Distribution Network Operators, National Grid and internal Site Managers, acting as the primary interface with Construction and development on HV network topics, managing contractor safety, preparing and implementing HV O&M plans, conducting safety audits, managing maintenance contractors, supporting HV system designs and modifications, and supporting tendering activities. Requirements include a technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, experience in the energy industry with HV systems, a Health & Safety qualification, training in CMMS and financial management systems, and strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
