Project HSE Manager - Development & Construction (Japan). Full-time, permanent role with RWE Renewables Japan G.K. responsible for HSE leadership across a major offshore wind project from early development through construction and handover to operations. The role leads the project HSE team, manages contractor HSE performance, ensures compliance with Japanese HSE laws and environmental regulations, and serves as the main contact for Japanese authorities on inspections, audits, and official communications. Requires a degree in a related field, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong knowledge of Japanese HSE legislation, at least 5 years of HSE experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or offshore/energy projects, and fluency in Japanese and English. Willingness to travel and work offshore is required.
