RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Sr HSSE Operations & Project Execution Associate to support the implementation and maintenance of HSSE management systems, processes, and programs across development projects, execution sites, and operations. The role ensures compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, facilitates investigations and root cause analyses, manages HSSE reporting and non-conformances, and supports continuous improvement across a regional portfolio of wind, solar, and battery operations. Responsibilities include audits, inspections, technical assessments, corrective actions, HSSE training, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a safety-sensitive field-based role with more than 50% travel and exposure to hazardous conditions.
