RWE Americas is seeking a Manager, Business Development West to lead portfolio optimization activities and materials for the regional development team. The role is responsible for communicating progress to executive leadership, maintaining project data quality, coordinating strategy across developers, commercial analysis, power marketing, and interconnection teams, and leading M&A evaluation and new market development functions. Responsibilities include developing materials for strategic decisions, market intelligence, competitive assessments, and internal approvals; driving origination and optimization efforts; preparing reports and dashboards; identifying emerging market trends and risks; coordinating with stakeholders; supporting regional budgeting and forecasting; and implementing strategic tools, standards, and best practices. The position is office-based with some travel and visits to other offices and field locations. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
