RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking an O&M Optimisation Specialist MV/HV Electrical. The role focuses on maintenance optimisation for medium- and high-voltage systems across offshore wind sites, including wind turbine and substation switchgear, protection systems, transformers, and cables. Responsibilities include identifying and managing optimisation projects, improving preventive and corrective maintenance practices, consolidating root-cause analysis insights, supporting fleet-wide recommendations, building technical expert networks, facilitating user-group meetings, and contributing to commercial analysis and business case inputs. The position requires advanced technical education or engineering/business studies, at least 3 years of practical on-site O&M experience with HV/MV electrical equipment, strong project management and stakeholder management skills, analytical ability, and fluency in English; German is an advantage. Willingness to travel is required. Offshore medical certificates and relevant training would be an advantage.
